Refund policy

Returns
For Sales where we ship to customers based in UK mainland, our return policy lasts 7 days from shipping your purchase to you. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us in the same condition that it was shipped to you. It must also be in the original packaging. We use a trackable shipping service and insure goods up to their full sales value. If an item should arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately.

For Sales where we have to pack and ship artwork outside UK mainland, we offer a cancellation of order policy within 7 days of order being placed. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Shipping
For customers based in the UK mainland, to return your product, you should ship to: Vandal Gallery, Penlyn House, 84 St Brannocks Road, Ilfracombe, EX34 8EG

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You must also use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to cover to the value of the purchase price of item.
